How to make a texture plate

I was just sitting around playing with chipboard from a cereal box and a piece of thick chipboard form Grafix that I purchased from HH, and this is what I came up with. I used a punch to make it, but you can use anything from just cutting it out freehand to using your Cricut.

    I have seen in a long time. The possiblities
    are endless. I have a clip it up made with
    a wooden embroidery hoop otherwise pretty
