This is the 4th video in my "Exploring the Cricut Cartridge Series". In this video I show how to do the different faces using: 1-having the Cricut cut out the face, 2-using the Peachy Keen stamp "Simple Simons", and 3-the Sizzix Rub Ons "Dress Up Faces". If you are using the 1" stamp and the rub ons the doll can only be 4"- 4 1/2" tall. I also wanted to share how I used the Xyron Sticker Maker machine with its repositional adhesive applies to the clothing when making the paper dolls for kids to play with. Remember to keep the sheets from the Xyron to store the pieces when not being used. In making this diecut I used the Scotch Wrinkle-free Glue Stick and just love it. I highlighted the clithing with gel pens. I ordered the stamps online and the rub ons were purchased at a local craft store called Pat Catans.

Exploring: Cars Cricut Cartridge
This is the third video in the "Exploring the Cricut Cartridge" series. In this video I demonstrate how to make "McQueen1" that can be found on page 31 in the booklet. The diecut was cut out at 3" for this demonstration. In this video I tried different types of adhesive. The Zig 2-way glue Squeeze & Roll and a acid free glue stick. I usually use the Scotch Quick Dry adhesive but wanted to experiment with different adhesives, and I must say that I really like using the glue stick for the small parts (I just wipe them across the top of the stick). I will be using this method again. So come back for more cartridge exploration.

Project Life Update
I wanted to share with you how I am keeping up with my Project Life. As with everything elso sometimes life gets in the way and I had to find a way to keep up with what I wanted to include and where to place it. I am using my family organizer to keep track of everything. I put the week on the top and beside an event I add PL in red to indicate that this may be something that I want to include in that weeks pics. I am still taking pictures and this way I know what picture goes with what week. I also wanted to share with you a cart that I found ate Walmarts that I am using to store all my Project Life items. Now I have everything in one place. I am also in the process ( a never ending) of cleaning and reorganizing my craftroom and as I come across things that I feel would work well in my Project Life album I put it in this cart. This is working out great.

Exploring: Dreams Come True Cricut Cartridge
This is the second cartridge in the in my series of "Exploring the Cricut Cartridge" series. Ariel is one of my favorite in the Disney cartridges. After I put her all together I added chalk to her cheeks for the blush. Stickles were added to her to add a little glam. Once you make the first one and see how it work the parts she is not that hard to make. I would suggest making her no smaller than 5" for your first cut of this cartridge to see how to put her together. Also make sure that you have a nice sharp blade and a sticky mat.

Exploring: Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge
I wanted to get back to my scrapbooking so I decided to start a video series using the Cricut cartridges that I have. I was hoping that this would get me started back into making my scrapbook pages. I felt that I was losing my mojo for making the pages. So I uncovered my Cricut, pulled out my mats and grabbed a cartridge. I forgot how much fun it was to make the diecuts.

Scrapbooking Haul - Tuesday Morning
Wanted to share some great deals that I found at Tuesday Morning yesterday. I would have loved to get more of the Prima gems but that is all that I could find. Maybe I'll have a chance to go to our other one tomorrow.
