My September 2017 Knitting and Crocheting
Doubled Rib Brim Hat in Men's Small ( Medium, Large)
Yarn: Premier's Deborah Norville Everyday Soft Worsted
Needle: US 6 (4.0mm)
CO - Cast-on
K - Knit
K2tog - Knit 2 together
- CO 96 ( 100, 104) stitches with long tail cast-on
- Join in round
- Knit a 2X2 Ribbing for 5"
- Knit all rounds till hat measures 10" (11", 12") from cast-on row
- Start decrease round as below
1 - *K2, K2tog*, to end of round
2 - K to end of round
3 - *K1, K2tog*, to end of round
4 - K to end of round
5 - K2tog to end of round
6 - K to end of round
7 - K2tog to end of round
8 - K to end of round
9 - K2tog to end of round
- Gather remaining stitches and tighten to close
