New Year's Resolution Week #17
Here it is week 17 already. I don't have girls but I do have two boys and I took a lot of pictures of them sleeping. When I got the Once Upon a Princess cartridge I had to make a girly layout. I also used the Disney Pooh Font for the lettering. With the card I was just playing around with the Gypsy and came up with this design. The cartridges used for this was George and Basic Shapes and Indie Art. As you can see I cut the butterfly twice and only glued the center of the butterfly to keep the wings flying.

New Year's Resolution Week #16
This is my new card and layout for this week. Both card and layout were made using my new cartridge "Create a Critter". I just love this cartridge. I had a lot of fun this weekend making homemade Glimmermist and a version of Prima type flowers. I was watching a few videos on youtube. Now for the card: the cartridges used were Create a Critter and Hello Kitty font. The layout was made using Create a Critter and Pooh font. The flower was made using the technique for making the Prima type flowers.

New cartridge: Create a Critter
I just received two new cartridges today: Create a Critter and Once Upon a Princess. I thought that I would explore this cartridge with you. I found this to be a very easy layered project. I to make all the little critters. This cartridge is fun.

New Year's Resolution Week #15
This is my layout for this week. I had fun playing around with my Gypsy making this layout. My card is in the previous post for the MPS Challenge. The cartridges used in this layout are Sweettreats and Lyrical Letters. The presents were made by just cutting squares and rectangles and wrapping them with ribbon.

MPS Challenge (Pink, Green & Black)
I decided to take the challenge for My Pink Stamper. I thought it was going to be difficult but it was a lot of fun. I decided to make the watermelon due to the colors. Then I found some checked ribbon that reminded me of a picnic tablecloth, and the stamp was right on time. The melon was cut from the Stretch your Imagination cartridge. I used Stickles Black Diamonds to accent the seeds. This is also my card for my New Years Resolution.

New Year's Resolution Week #14
This week was fun to make. I used by boys scrapbook albums for inspiration again for the layout, and for the card I needed to make a birthday card. The card was made using the Sweettreats cart. I used my homemade glimmer mist over the cake. On the LO the cartridges used were All Mixed up, Disney Princesses Dreams Come True & Happily Ever After. I also included a small plastic bag in the center for the hair.

New Year's Resolution Week #13
Here it is week #13 and I did not have much trouble finding ideas. For the idea for the card I found a magazine called "Go to Sketches" by Papercrafts. I just love it. It shows a sketch and then several finished ideas. The card was stamped then colored with Copic markers. The card was made from an idea that I saw on the web. I used my Prima flowers on this one, chipboard letters that were inked in two tones of pink then lightly glittered while the ink was still wet. This was made for a special little lady, for her 1st preschool picture. I used pink and brown because that is the color dress she had on. So off I go, I have a lot of time off next week so I hope to get a lot of crafting done. Have a Happy Easter.
