2012 Christmas Cards #2

This is my card #2.  I used Washi tape that was purchased from Target in a 4 roll pack.  I added ribbon and a bow to the front of this card.  I cut out a Magnolia stamped image and used foam dots to give it some added dimension.  I also stamped a poinsettia flower using the Inladinkado Stamping Gear then cut it out and added stickles.  This new toy (Stamping Gear) is a bunch of fun.

2012 Christmas Cards #1

I just began making my 2012 Christmas Cards and wanted to share how easy it is to make a card with very little supplies and experience.  I have fallen in love with the Inkadinkado Stamping Gear.  I love being able to make my own background paper.  Can't wait to play more.

Copic Marker Paper Comparison

Wanted to share with you the results at I had using the different papers with the Copic markers.  There are many more papers and each person has their favorite.  I am not certified but wanted to share.  My suggestion would be to try several different papers and see what works best for you.  Maybe if you have a friend with different paper do a share with what you have (it could be 1 sheet).  Have fun crafting.

Travel Mini Album with Box

I wanted to share with you a gift that I made for my niece.  It is a mini album with a matching box.  The box was not as hard to make as I thought it would be.  I really like this idea for a vacation album because it can hold all the little goodies that you may find.  Going to have to make one for myself.

My Travel Bag Mini Album

Wanted to share with you a new mini album that I made following the directions from Kathy Orta on Ustream.  Her instructions are very easy to follow.  She has a lot of great ideas.  I usually just try the mini albums though.  I really liked this one for a vacation album.

Rolodex Mini Album

Wanted to share a new mini album with you that I just finished.  It is based the the Rolodex.  I thought it would make a great mini and loved how it turned out.  I try to make my minis with many many places for photos.  I used different paper packs for this album and the Tim Holtz die Gadget Gears made using the Melting Pot and UTEE.  (This method I showed in an earlier video.)
